A training system to target the muscle teams and metabolic systems used during intense climbing. the physical demands for indoor and outdoor climbing differ greatly from other sports, and as such, require a very focused conditioning philosophy. forearm, shoulder, and back muscle injury prevention from fatigue, core endurance to stay strong on the wall, and leg strength and flexibility to assist in positioning is the dedication of this class.
A movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and USABLE ranges of motion. in this class, you will isolate specific joints and spend extensive time opening and training in your en range to expand your active ROM, free your frame, and accelerate the development of your climbing practice.
No Challenge = No Change. You’ll never know what to expect from this total body workout. Walk, run, row, jump. This class will take up space and use all the tools Climb has to offer. Come ready to move and sweat for 55 minutes.
Be adventure ready! This high intensity cardio class consists of 4-12 minute rounds designed to match the varied demands on the alpine climber. Expect hill running, pack climbing, core exercises, antagonist attention and the occasional alpine surprise.
